Hi have a strange fault, all picture jumping

i have attached video, never see myself fault like this before

I'm inclined to suspect the display panel. Disconnect the flexies between the T-Con and display panel one at a time. If one state results in a white stable 1/2
screen, then the panel is crook.                                    Bruce
