Hello,
can anyone help me to unlock this car-DVD set.The client forgot ID number and unit is now locked.
Please for procedure how to unlock the unit.

Ah, that's an easy one ...

Power on unit and when it asks to enter ID code :

Hold the "track forward" (right) button down for 10 seconds.

This will reset the ID code. Problem solved.
