Title: Evesham ALQEM26VX lcd (vestel 17pw15-9 power supply)

Hello,
I have a Evesham ALQEM26VX lcd tv fitted with a vestel 17pw15-9 power
supply.
It is dead with no led lit. The 3.3v,5v,12v,24v and 33v supplies are
present. Has anyone any tips or a circuit.
