Hi, I have the service manual and it doesn't mention how to access the service mode so I assume it doesn't have one! Which adjustment do you wish to carry out?
Also a really common problem on these sets were the two small electrolytic capacitors in the primary of the power supply, you will need to uprate these to 105 degrees. When they fail they usually cause high HT and can cause all sorts of problems.

Hi,

Ok now I understand!
This is not an adjustment, you will need to change 2 ceramic filters in the audio IF stage from 6MHZ to 5.5MHZ for your country, and if you are lucky then that is all you will need to do.
If you are getting any crackle or hiss on the sound after you have done this then you may have to tweak the Sound IFT coil slightly but be careful that you use the correct tool or you might break the ferrite core. Good luck!
