I have a JVC AV-32FA44. The picture is very dim and you can bearly read the numbers of the channel. The picture always fades to black eventually. when i did see a channel the colors were bleeding green. than faded to black. Also I am not sure which manual to use as I do not see one with an exact model number. are most of the 32 inch TVS the same for JVC. any help is appreciated thank you.

I take that back the image is way way to dark. I guess the previous owner adjusted the contrast and tint to a point where the picture is bleeding colors. I tryed to adjust the brightness from the dial on the flyback transformer. but it didn't help. the tv seems to be too dark or it is just off completely. i can't tell. I seem to have high voltage at the cathode because when i discharge it i get a real spark. but i don't have a meter to tell if i am always getting a ful 25kv

This faults usually occures due to faulty ABL circuit. If u have schematic I can explain more.
