Title: No OSD, any tosh experts on here?
Post by: buffy on December 17, 2008,07:36:08
Right the Tosh saga continues  :dubbio: 20wl56B i have 2 main-boards, one is as the posting below, but unusable until someone has an idea as to the problem.
The second PCB is in use, BUT, the menu buttons DO work, but I have no OSD, so i have t guess where the  thing is  :huh1: great fun.  Also on this one, the Remote IR PCB causes the screen to go either
A. Thin Vertical Lines - no picture, or
B. All one colour  :unknw:
So its disconnected.... but the set works via the buttons!!

I don't understand modern circuit diagrams, just looks like spaghetti!!! digital - not my thing!!!  PLEASE SOMEONE HELP or REPLY!!! before i take a hammer to it all and get the 14" CRT out!!!
