Title: jvc GD-v4210pzw Plasma with no power

I have a jvc GD-v4210pzw Plasma with no power. it has a short somewhere on the power board (pcps0396) it keeps tripping the power if anyone knows what the problem is msg me back it would greatly be appreciated.

it blew the 10amp fuse but not the 2.5amp fuse that is on the board if that helps
