Title: SMD part Needed

Hello - finally found the problem with one of the Tosh  :clap: 20WL56B's its a SMD MOSFET - Part No is FDC642P (Q101) i think its replaceable - anyone know where i can get one?? or anybody got one??? or a trashed PCB?  Vestel 17MB08P-03!! its feeding the LVDS with the 5v Power - hence, the strange fault in the picture.... its shorted across the internal diode... due to i think a duff electrolytic or two in the Reg section  :mad:

Cheers mate....  :clap: :brinda: at last i will have one 100% working Tosh, all menus etc... :thumbup: anybody want a Vestel 17MB08 for spares??? if it works  :dubbio: knowing MY luck the SDA chip will go bang!!!  :dry:  PM sent Tony (I hope)
