Title: Need Service Manual For RCA Hd52W55 or Chas-ATC321

 :dance: Anyone with the Service Manual for an RCA HD52W55 (Chassis ATC321). Have a power supply problem with the unit after a Cable Company line surge issue. Company claim they are not responsible for correcting any problem after a cable line surge. Seem the EARTH GROUND problem affected the switching circuit and all it's doing now is giving off the power hissing (or high frequency sound) but no picture or sound. If you have a service Manual, please post.  :loool:
