Title: Technika TLCD201 - white screen - green LED nothing else

Guys

Its my first post here - so Hi!

I am trying to repair our Technika TV... ok - its a cheap telly, but it did ok!

Fault - white screen at startup - and green LED, no sound, picture or OSG.

The 5 and 12v rails are fine.

Doing some digging, the set appears to be made by Konka and its a KLC-2018.

Any help - even generic help as to what a white screen is caused by would be most appreciated.

Check 5v or 3.3v on LVDS cable from main board to screen
