Hi folks, I have a problem with this tv. Every time you switch on the picture setting is set to dynamic. If you reset it in menu, next time you switch on it reverts to dynamic again. I have searched menu's to see if there is a setting or storage for this.I have also done a factory reset but the problem remains. I have a similar set in for repair which comes on at whatever the last pic setting was. Any suggestions please? Thanks, Norman

The lcd must be set-up in shop mode, re-tune in home mode and you will have no issues with this.

Hi
 to disable shop display switch to anolgue d'not use remote control press vol + at side of tv
release then at the side press menu for approx 6 sec's when you release it should display
dynamic this means its set for home display d't try to do it in digi mode. Then you can do a full factory reset it works on 99% of samsungs
