anyone got info or know anything about 22" lcd dvd combi got sound but no picture checked everywhere but cant find much info on wharfedale thanks in advance.

What model, and any recognisable boards ?

     Seems like an invertor problem, check initially any invertor board fuses, if O/C look for evidence of invertor panel 'heat discolouration' or dry joints on the drive chips - good to resolder them anyway - and replace any bulgy capacitors. Invertor transformers can also go 'shorted turns', killing the drive chips with excessive loading.
