Hi
I am looking at one of these TVs and found that Q406 & Q412 surface mount transistors on the revese side of board are blown to bits - I need a circuit diagram for the transistor info - the power board is CEF286A dont know if this helps you at all - do you have the circuit diagram please regards Ray (UK)

Hi Ray

have you had any luck with the service diagrams ? I have the same TV and the same problem, its completely dead, but fuse ok, and all components on both side od PSU board CEF286A ok, what else could I check ? I've checked a few places on the PSU and there is 220V ... just dont know what else to check

where should the 5v signal be ?

Thanks
R

Hi crashzero,

Best thing is to buy a new or used psu on ebay as suggested. Your board should be a vestel 17pw15-8 or buy the new boards 17pw20 v2

cheers
