try fixmyplasma.co.uk.lots of vestel mainboards listed,might be worth phoning to check if they've got one suitable,couldn't see the part number you've got but like i said may be worth a phone call.
worth checking sjstv as well

Probably got it, need to check up something, 2 different panels, both the same, but different, one will not work the controls.

The part number?
