Title: Need Power supply PLCD 190 P1 for philips LCD

I need service manual or datasheet for this pcb, can anybody helps me?
It seem that this PCB died on my LCD couse LCD wont start up, even LED wont light.

No existe manual para esta fuente ( así como para otras tantas, segun fabricante no tenemos derecho
a reparear fuentes de alimentacion.
