Title: Hanwa LCD tv

Hi folks, I have a Hanwa tv for repair, there is no model number on it. I have found a number inside it is L37W25-6900. When you switch on the red standby light is present and when you press a channel button the sby light goes blue. There is no sound or pic,no backlights. The xtals are all running around the microprocessors but their is a supply missing from one of the switched 5v regulators on the main board. The power supply has had new caps fitted (6 bulging) and it works fine, any suggestions welcome. Thanks, Norman

hi norman.
i hade same problem in ITT LCD 32.
IC IN MAIN BOARD LM2596S3.3V no out .
i replaced a new one tv is ok.
also check 24v ciercet in psu.
check power on in  psu.
