Title: Bluemedia - ATEC AV370W - Problem

Hello all members,
I have problem with my Bluemedia 37" LCD TV with ATEC mode: AV370W.
On the supply board when I check voltage result is:
pin marked 33V - no voltage
pin marked 12V - no voltage
pin marked 5V - no voltage
pin marked 5VS - 5V
pin marked I-DM - 0.3V
pin marked I-ON - 0.3V
pin marked 24V - 4.5V
On the front panel on the TV have orange light when I push the buttons on the panell havent result.

Can somebody help me with service manual for this model on Bluemedia or scheme on the supply board...

I see the PCB for bulging capacitors... I have on the pin marked 5VS -> 3.0 - 3.2V and capacitor C202 was bulging and was hot - I replace it and on the pin marked 5VS comes 5V :) The supply board model is: IPLV-42
