Title: ATEC AV 370 PSU? PROBLEM - IPLV42 rev. 1.4
Post by: cartman9090 on September 28, 2009,11:20:25
I try one last time getting help.

Tv has orange LED, turning red after a while.

Have found defect Q101 and one defect electrolytic C203(or 204..) . After I got these new and installed them I got stand by lights back, but there is no 12V, 33V. And Q101 is getting too warm. When disconnecting the plug that connects to the inverter board the transistor Q101 has normal temperature, butI really don't know what happens when doing this.

The EURAS database has a tip that there is a defect "U25" on "main digital board", but I find to U25 on this model...

The 24V to the panel fires up when pressing the on button, but the 24 v quickly dies after a second or two.

And schematic for this Tv? Hopeless! The PSU seems to be produced by IPT chorea, which seems to be out of business.

Any tips?

Hi,

Might be the invertor panel with transformer dries and S/C drive chips - a visual and resistance check of the drive chips could show something.
