HI everyone.
problem is power led is flickring  red - green  and relay click's on off.
befor 3 weeks i hade  the same problem  ifound poor contact on a small ic in a small power supply(stby).
i soldered it  and tv was working fine.
today i soldered it again and i changed all ele capi but still the same .
anyone have service manual???.

better replace this IC to new one

thanks mulja for reply.
sudanly tv started to work but i will take your advice and change this IC A6159.
hope i get one in my country(diffecule).
