Title: LG 32LC56 Dead
Post by: markc on November 11, 2009,06:22:57
Hi can anyone help with a manual/circuit or solution for this set?
It appears dead. No LED's, athough the standby 5v is present.
Apparently it stopped working after a power cut.

thanks
Mark

The service buletin suggested problems with SMD filters on the main board. These tested out OK. There are 2 types, one type can be bridged out, the other cannot. I had the latter!
A S/H replacement main board cured the fault.
