Hi all am new to this forum so i still have a lot to read & learn yet.
I have a samsung lcd that has good sound but the picture is scrambled, as if out of tune you can just make out the picture in the background but its covered by spekally raster. As I'm new to lcd tv i did some searching and found a picture similar on here but dont know how to link to it, the responce to it was that its a common fault and caused by the BGA's on main board. There is only one BGA on the main board (Rome) has anyone tryed reflowing these with hot air blower??  I did try pressing on bga with set running but no difference.  Also seen many ref's to lvds board so am going to have a read of serv. manual and check back in a bit.
Thanks for looking.....J.
