hello got his samsung plasma tv  model number ps-42p3s got no picture took back off and c5 and c6 both 330mf 450v bulged change them. now light just flashing any info would be great

Check C523/524 & OR C527/528  200n,400v.plus C2707 poss. 1000uF.

ok right found 4 caps bulged on the alexander ym board  tv power's up but led flashes 9 times any more info it's samsung ps42p3s thanks

hello have you looked in side your tv you may find the large capacitors swelled up
