Title: Need help in sharp tv

hello
the tv start but the screen is black with no light in it
before this problem the tv was view black screen and return

it's 20h-sc  M CHASSIS

i'm sorry  i can't upload pic now
but it's no raster sound is Irregular
i tested 140v and 300v it's ok
the lamp of crt is low light

the fault was in 7809 regelator and the tv works good now
