there are at least 5 versions of this set, full model please, and what is the problem with it

Full model No. 37LC55 ZA AECTLJ.

The set has low brightness. The brightness can be adjusted, but this still does not produce a bright picture.

it could be that the lamps are not being driven correctly by the micro, there is a inv\en but also a inv\bri, do you know about the issue with the ceratech filters, this is very common on these an other lg sets
the lg site is down at the moment but ill try this evening and mail u manual

I have carried out the modifications as per the sheet, but the picture is the same.
It is diffucult to descrbe the fault properly but it looks as though the backlight is bright enough but the picture content is dark. Does that make sense?
