Title: Philips MC-130/22 Micro system

Hi folks,

Have one of these where the only sign of life is repeated flashing on the currently non-illuminated display. Checked obvious things like fuses - but there seems to be a regulator T251 that needs to toggle.

Thought to ask around before getting a shematic, thanks  - Chris.
