Title: Philips ftr9955 Receiver Box Power Fault

i have a ftr9955 philips receiver box which has a power fault the same as in the link below

Hi, Craig,  had something like it when cust brought just the box in. Box recognised my monitor not being Philips plasma screen and cut to s/by.

Service menu and 'Stand Alone' option - box now stays on, pics on monitor - Chris.

ive tried getting into service mode by this method in the link

but it is giving me a service mode of the tv not the receiver box and has no option for stand alone option any ideas. cheers

bloody tv has just starting flashing standby light now  :wallbash:
looks like im going to be repairing the power board now.i know theres kits on ebay (look for 42fd9945) but can someone tell what capsitors the kit contains cause i cant be bothered to take the back off the tv to find out myself  :laugh1:

I have got a power supply for the tunerbox working that you can buy cheap from me.
