Hi
I have a Tatung T20LT11S which appears to have "locked" up, the picture is frozen and the buttons dont respond and the set wont turn to standby although the led flashes when you press a button on the remote control.
Does anyone know how to do factory reset or how to access the service mode?
Many thanks
Brian

Hi Brian,
As Tatung actually haven't made anything for some time, guess it's some Chinese wonder we might know under any of a thousand supermarket names.
How about a piccy if all else fails ? - Chris.

Hi Chris,
I have posted on another forum as well so I will see what comes up, the TV is in the customer's house still, I didnt pick it up in case it was a waste of time.
But I can get a pic if all else fails, I presume you mean a picture of the insides?

Hi Brian,
Presentation is a bit like the names stuck to the front - but there are usually more names stuck than presentations - would say cabinets, but wood currently infra-dig if not fashioned into this year's flooring or a rotting garden feature from previous years - ah well, should have used Oak, if they could wait a moment. Some local 14th century stuff (no FTV) still the biz.
Otherwise, a pic of the works Bri - Chris.

Hi Chris,
I have attached a couple of pics one shows the innerds and the other shows the frozen pic with the word 'mature' at the top of the screen. ( I think the TV is trying to tell me something about my age!)
Perhaps it is stuck in 'aging' mode?

Hi Brian,
Notice you don't confess your age, but from past posts realise you're still pretty nifty.
Ever impressed - Chris (RK34s and CV6s R us) Guess some silence while folks tune to 'Yesterday' - no mention of valves, ever - yet.
