Title: lg lcd no picture & no sound issues ?

just been given a faulty lg 42" lcd.

the tv powers up and i can see backlight on but the tv has no picture or no sound  :dubbio:

does anyone have a any advice for no picture & no sound issues on lcd please?

hi had similar fault with an lg32lc56 just backl;ight nothing else tv tony has advised others about the mod that need doing on the main board just above the lead from the psu i found a set with a smashed scren for 20 quid changed the main board and job done so must be the mod tony talks about
