Hi guys,
Not doing many plasmas due to the price of panels.
This plasma has no pic and audio is ok. I have changed ysus,15v is ok at c72,Va & Vs are ok,ysus is cold and zsus ic is slightly warm. I have discon both lower and upper buffers,one at a time and still no flicker.Also discon zsus.
Any clues fellow diode modulators?

If the control board has rubber blocks underneath, throw them out and clean off residue, might be lucky.

I waited 9/10 days for a main pcb and when fitted green led is on for a sec and back to red . I think caps in power pcb have dried up due to lack of use and when I refitted old main pcb it's still the same.

Thanks Chris, I'll look at diagram soon and am getting pi##ed off with plasma problems.
The well documented problems of 50" samsung plasmas could work out very expensive for the engineer,never mind the customer.

Hi John, you will probably save yourself some grey hairs by changing both boards at the same time. New ysus can be taken out by faulty zsus. Any way of testing if new board is still OK. Poor Wayne, he's got more Escorts than a Ford dealer.
