Title: Phillips/Samsung PDP S42SD-YD06

The  problem with this set is a very dull picture sound ok. The power board appears to be ok and the fuses to the xsus/ysus are intact.Can anyone help?

Hi TVOM,

With LG it could be Z-sus shot -  had the prob, but with Philips - who knows  - Chris.

Cheers Chriss, basically it is all LG boards and the fault looks similar to others where the fuse in the zsus is blown

Hi TVOM,

So, are those Z-Sus fuses blown ?  - or what (there was a chap on Quuq who lifted the heat sink and mended his LG Z-Sus) he seems quiet lately, but ever ready to enthuse on his success - Chris.

There are no blown fuses or circuit protectors,I've ordered a replacement board and will update when I fit it

Z SUS  board replaced ,sorry for the delay.
