Title: Samsung LE26R74BDX - Invertor
Post by: Turnip on September 23, 2010,12:58:59
Hi folks,

Have one of these where invertor cuts after a few seconds. Noticed that CM860(1000/35) and CM858(470/25) were a bit bulgy - replaced - no difference.

Found that fuse F5 O/C on invertor, and Q4 (1F46SB-FDD-5614P) and Q8(1F44-FOD-30N06L) with odd resistance readings.

Got info on the first - a 'p' channel power trench thingy - guess the other is 'N' channel, but, no info found.

Cutting to the chase - anyone got one - HIU-641C/HPC1561ID  ? Good or duffish. Wilts lists at £60 but no stock, Chas/H at rather more - notice one on E/bay, a little cheaper, but used.  Got another day as no bids yet.

Curious about possiblities of chip or TX dries causing trench demise - some Quuqer will know - Chris
