hi
cust brought tv in for repair clicking not start up', now dead
they say first time broken down elderly person left it just
 got round to it, screws in back missing usual fault caps been changed only
prob they have been fitted wrong way round refitted new ones in correct
position,reset  eeprom tv working so other so called engineers make sure
caps fitted right way

Hi Sparks,

Surely you're not suggesting (in upper case for a change) that decent repair folks shove in caps the wrong way round (neg is the shorty one)
