Title: Sagem Axium HD-L32 LCD - Horizontal Lines

Hi

This Sagem HD-L32 LCD TV has black, green, yellow, and red flickering horizontal lines across the screen immediately after turning on. The problem remains after leaving it on for a while.

I've opened it up and visually inspected the boards for any damage but they look ok, quite clean inside too. I've removed and reseated the connectors between main board and inverter board and main board and the LCD drive panel (?), but it's made no difference.

Any suggestions to help me narrow it down? Does it sound like it might be the LCD itself?
