Title: CELLO1906DVB and other of the same make lcd tv

This CELLO TV would be very slow to come on from cold/overnight after switch off; But OK after being on for some time would switch on  as normall during te day;Problem cured by changing all the caps in the secondry side of the power board  there in the path of all the heat so ages very fast
