:sign0085: I have a power inverter out of a samsung unit. It blew the 820 uF and 1000 uF Caps on board. I replaced the Capacitors and tried the unit. It did not work. Went back and replaced the 5 picofarad 3 Kv Ceramite caps as well as the 330 uF Capacitor. Board still does not work. I tested Fuses and the 100 V, 20 A Schottky Rectifiers. All test out fine. What am I missing? Anyone else run across this problem?

Hi Synyrgy,
what's the whole model name of the tv that's mounting that board?alternatively is it any other label with different name like BN44-...?

Here are the Specs off the back of the Monitor: Samsung Model: 2253BW
Model Code: LS22AQWJFV/XAA
DISPLAY TYPE: AQ22WS
This board has only one transistor:
DM0565R FSC TO-220-6 TRANSISTOR
and 2
MBR20100CT
Dual High Voltage Schottky Rectifier.
I have not found a schematic on this transistor to be able to check the emitter to gate, or collector to emitter.
Any suggestions on testing this transistor? :c017:
