Title: lg plasma horizontal lines across screen ?

got a lg plasma P50T01U tv set powers up but suffers horizontal lines going across the and large black bar towards top part of screen screen?

does it look like y-sus, buffers, or maybe panel? my first instinct was faulty buffer but not worked on this set before.

i have uploaded a video showing fault.

can anyone advize if im correct.

Hi. Because you're getting horizontal lines and black bar that is also horizontal you should first check connections of TCPs/screen, then Y-drive buffer boards. Do diode check on both buffors by sticking your ohmmeter between testpoints Ysus up/Ysus down in both directions or beteen both big plates on Y-buffors. Look for damaged ICs with tiny holes on them.
