Hi.We have a Toshiba 26AV505DB ,The drive to the 24 volt line disapears after 10 mins,if we freeze Q201 on the power inverter board it cures the fault for a short while but we cannot read the numbers on the transistor has anyone a circuit diagram or know what the numbers are on the transistors .Thanks

Hi E/B,
Don't yet have it listed - guess folks would love a piccy, and some panel details - is it Tosh or Vestel ? - Chris.

Hi.The numbers on the power supply are FSB132-4F02 The part in question is Q201 someone suggested BC337 this works for a short while then cuts out :c017:

Hello. We have managed to find the part number on the web its a KSP2222A .It gives a fault like the inverter transformer is faulty ,just in case anyone else gets the problem. Thanks all for looking. :c017:

Hi,
Would have killed for piccies, will prob have 6 in next week and be forced to think after I've phutted all my Sendz Components 70s surplus bulk-pak BC337s -
Well there's still all those cheap 2N3055s - sure they'll take it, but slowly - Chris.
