Title: samsung PS42A456P2D Sound menu

Hi all,

Have this samsung set in with no sound.
The TV sound is turned off in the sound menu, but I cannot access the menu to change the settings!
has anyone else had this problem or know the solution?

Hi Markc,
try a hard reset in service menu;if you can't get the service menu with the usual procedure try to keep the 'exit' button on the remote for more than 5 seconds.bye
