Title: Panasonic dmr ez25 U61 error code

Hi Can anyone help?
I have a Panasonic DVD recorder, model DMR EZ25. The unit displays an error code U61, which i believe is the power supply - also the cooling fan is not working confirming this (unless that's not working also!)

Does anyone have any sugestions for repairing this - or obtaining a replacement PSU?
Does anyone know where I can get a circuit diagram also/
