Hi Chris, I know the caps are bulgy but it also needs a kit & i'm not sure about the 5v tx. Can we negotiate a price for yours? Doug.

Hi Dougc,

Never yet had a duff tranny after that s/by chip pop - anyway - dead easy to check. Will check my (several x 10 to-the-thing)  loft boxes of LCD/Plasma bits tomorrow - need a workable system - or a new life, full of decent profitable greeness - still lots of uneaten leeks about, gardenwise  - Don't tell C/J  -

He'll invade Norfolk with chum Charles and those modern Welsh Rap tunes - pillage and wrap stuff that our local turkeys now find tedious since 'The Man in the tweeds'  is gone - Some broad locals hope those 'Pearly Gates' don't have Turkeys/Rampant - others - the slim workers - don't care quite so much - shame.

Have great friends in low places -  Chris.

Thanks for all your input. I suppose i was being a bit lazy looking for a replacement panel. I'll order a kit & change caps & see how it goes, Doug.

Hi C/J,

Got a couple of nasties you could have a look at - Davenjax, you never said if it were them cheap caps, and we're still holding our breath hoping no customer ever mentions the word  'Refund'

Worst word in our trade, I guess - after Profilo(this week) - Chris.

Hi Davenjax,

Guess you're right - remember all those millions of Panasonic caps we replaced in Panasonic videos and made a pound (well more like £30 a hit, at least 4 a day, with belts/tyres from our chum JJ to fix the rest apart from Fisher, No-one could fix one for more than a week)

Could afford to smoke in those days - esp. after a Fisher

Have a couple of troublesome Profilo power supplies Sparky, if you're keen on working for now't - Chris.
