Title: Panasonic th-42pd25 - 12 blinking lights

Hi,
My 42" Panasonic (th42pd25) has just failed, no picture at all, with 12 blinking LEDs. I've been trying to pinpoint the problem but cannot find a service manual for the TV online. A service tech told me it's the "Display" board although I'm not sure which board he is referring to. Is it the SC Board? If so is there a good site I can buy the used and functional part from?
