Title: samsung le32r87bd need firmware + service manual

hi got the above set in no freeview you can get into tuning menu it goes very slowly and does not find any channels ang channels ok customer was watching and they just went have done factory reset still the same any ideas do i need firmware for digital ??????? thanks carl

cheeked options ect seem ok any one got this firmware T-BDXPDEU00-1016.0.tvz
