Title: Samsung LE32N73BD
Post by: epi on January 24, 2011,16:10:04
Power supply type BN96-03775A
This set came in with blown PFC-IC ICP801, DP804, DZP801, DP803 QS802, diodes ZDS805 and DS804.
For QS802 I fitted a BC337 (reverse to drawing on pcb), and for ICP801 TDA4863 I fitted an L6565 (IRF7134) used in Vestel power supplies, as here I couldn't locate originals. Wasn't really sure about the L6565 and looking at the schematic seemed to have the same pinout and working conditions, the set worked and I'm giving it a good soak test.
Resuming TDA4863G = L6562D (IRF7134)??
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Another Samsung that came in,  had the blue led going on and off, this was traced to DS806 18V zener open circuit.

Hi Sinclair, made an error in chip I used was an L6562D in place of the TDA4863G, I have rectified above.
Cheers
