Title: daewoo power supply ic

Hi, just wondering if anyone can help me find the spec of "IC1" on a daewoo power board marked "fel-3226h"  I have a board which had a blown fuse. On closer inspection found ic1 melted and all identifying marks gone. Neighbouring diode and resistor have also blown. Having problem finding replacement psu so am going down the route of replacing these items. Any help much apprieciated.
