Hi All,
I have a Philips 26Pfl5522D that won't display a picture? Power up the Tv and it can be switch off and on using the remote, but no picture is displayed. When powered the backlight comes on but no pic displayed. I was thinking the LVDS board, but I though I would ask the experts.
Power supply is fine, and it has a V260B1-L03 screen fitted.
Regards

Thanks for the reply, I'll have a look and let you know. The LVDS does look different to the ones on ebay for sale?

Hi, Took the LVDS board out, and tested the smd fuse and all okay? The board is a V260B1-C03. All the LVDS boards on ebay look slightly different (more components bottom right of board) but they do have the same part number? I'm not sure If one of these will work.
Example of simular one :- http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150568287954&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
Also I have read another post that refers to a possible mainboard fault?
Any help much appreciated.

Hi All,
Replaced the LVDS and still no picture. Then used the panel inside another Tv and it worked fine. So looks like i'm after a mainboard. Unless someone knows some common problems on the mainboard.

Hi RMC,
Don't have it listed for the 5522, but there's a lot listed about duff screens on other Philips 26 inch sets, but are they V260B1-L03 ? - guess some quuq'er will know - Chris.
