Title: Samsung LE27S73BD picture problem
Post by: lcdnewboy on March 08, 2011,17:50:54
Hi, trying to fix my tv before throwing away. Had a fault on tv where there was sound but no picture-replaced tcon board and picture returned but now has fault where the right half of the picture seems to overlap the left side slightly leaving a small band on the far right of the screen. Replacement tcon panel was from a working (smashed screen) sanyo 32". All the numbers were the same on the boards. Is this board faulty/not compatible or can I realign the screen? Can't seem to find a service manual on the net. Any advice would be much apprieciated!

Hi,LCDNB,

Chances that a 32 inch LVDS would do for a 27 inch screen, would seem sort'a - nil, at best. Suggest back to Ebay, and get the real biz - Chris

PS - Admit have tried odd combinations, usually ending in smoke and no supper.
