hello, I have a samsung plasma tv and it has been making the clicking sound for about2 months it finally went pop last week, I took the back off to look for bad capacitors, and I really don't know which one is bad or if any, I called samsung and they said that my model hasn't had any capacitor problems, but of course they are not going to own up, does anyone have any suggestions.  (model# HTP4254X/XAA I would greatly appreciate it. thanking you in advance

Unplug  unit unpllug cable from power supply to y and x sustain bds. also pull ribbon cables for logic bd to y and Z bd.Plug unit up and turn on unit  see what happens if nno clicking start plugging in y sus cab.e first and then x Bds this should tell you which one is bad in a y or x bd is bad you will prob have to chhange the buffer bds also there is a sticker in the set to tell yu the voltages.

Hi,
check the 2 FETS and the diode on the y sus board (they are on the smallest heat sink bottom left of board) you may find at least 2 of these short circuit.
