Hi All, Has anyone got specs for a pn65nf06. It looks like a triac in a back-up power supply for garage doors. A source for a replacement would be good. Cheers, Doug

Hi,

Possibly a FET 65 Amp @ 60V.

How does it read, what case is it in?
