got sound but no picture, backlite and raster comes up for a second or two.help////

Have yo checked any volts,or disconnected any sustain boards or anything?

hi c/j if it comes on for a second then goes off sounds like the inverter do the backlights go out or is it just a dim lit screen ?

Ok,I read at the top Plasma forum so i assumed it was a Plasma,but again have you actually checked anything psu supply volts etc???,
but to aid you somewhat  further its worth checking the surface mount fuse F1 on the left master inverter board.

thanx for the info.but i av found the problem.one of the inverter transformers were duff..
