hi, dell lcd monitor e176fpc wont start , no red LED blink ,dead, service manual for this model will be helpfull :sign0085: :sign0085:

Have repared a couple - attach file - Chris

Dell E173FPc (Different boards to E173FPf)  (Picture)
Uses Samsung panel LTM170-L11 or LG Philips
Picture
1.   Initial OSD display, then cuts out. Green LED remains on. Checked Invertor transistors - OK, replaced the three (2 x 150/25 and 47/63) caps in the area - now OK.
Incidentally, HF voltage on invertor outputs checked capacitively through the wire insulation
was around 90v (digital meter on 200v range)

30/7/07 Tip.  Picture (1)
17/8/09 Tip   Replaced 2 x duff invertor transistors and 2 x 1000/16 secondary caps. General resolder in invertor output area.
27/8/09  Cliff and Dee. Dry on invertor  tx – resoldered + one transistor.
